Coconut Panacotta
• Soak 3 tsp gelatin, in 2 tbsp of warm water.
• Blend the MM Coconut paste with warm water in the mixie or hand blender or with a whisk until you get a smooth thick milky consitency and keep aside.
• Bring Fresh Cream and the coconut mixture to boil, add sugar, vanilla extract, bring it together and then add gelatin. Take off fire
• Pour into moulds, cool down and refrigerate.
• Garnish with fruits or fruits syrups as per choice.
