HOW TO PREPARE

Ingredients

  • Fresh Cream   - 200 ml
  • Sugar   - 1 cup
  • Vanilla   - 1 tsp
  • Gelatin   - 3 tsp
  • MM Coconut paste   - 6 tbsp
  • Water   - 2 cups

Method

Soak 3 tsp gelatin, in 2 tbsp of warm water.

Blend the MM Coconut paste with warm water in the mixie or hand blender or with a whisk until you get a smooth thick milky consitency and keep aside.

Bring Fresh Cream and the coconut mixture to boil, add sugar, vanilla extract, bring it together and then add gelatin. Take off fire

Pour into moulds, cool down and refrigerate.

Garnish with fruits or fruits syrups as per choice.
