Parippu Curry
• Dry roast Moong daal in a cooker.
• Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, shallots, garlic, green chillies, 4 times water and pressure cook the daal.
• Once the daal is cooked add 2 tbsps of the coconut paste this to the daal and bring to a boil.
• Finish with a tbsp of coconut and some curry leaves on top.
