HOW TO PREPARE

Ingredients

  • Chicken (optional) - Boiled Boneless cubes   - 500 gm
  • Prawn (optional) Peeled, de-veined whole prawns   - 500 gm
  • Baby corn   - 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower   - 1/2 cup
  • Broccoli   - 1/2 cup
  • Zucchini   - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot   - 1/2 cup
  • Green Curry Paste   - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger   - 1 tsp
  • Garlic   - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf   - 2 nos
  • Whole cinnamon   - 1 inch
  • Oil   - 1 tbsp
  • MM Coconut paste   - 4 tbsp
  • Water   - 2 cups

Method

Heat any oil, add the curry paste and whole spices, ginger, garlic and fry until the raw smell is gone, for a good 15-20 mins.

Add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, add the MM Coconut paste, then the vegetables or chicken/ prawn and let it simmer for 2 mins.

Serve hot with Steam Rice.
